EKOLU & Associates Lessons Learned
We invite you to review a sample of the lessons we have learned as we continue to serve State Health and Human Services agencies, and to support private companies and other entities that support these organizations.
Over the years we have compiled a substantial foundation of knowledge and perspective around our client agencies. We are always looking for ways to help organize and manage work projects within these organizations, and to develop project team managers and subject matter experts. You will recognize many of the lessons presented here. Our hope here is to remind people of the obvious and to stimulate discussion we hope to have together with our future client agencies. As we work with our project teams we are happy to discuss these lessons further and to adjust the lessons to better fit the experience and needs of our client organizations.

Visit the Medicaid Learning Center
EKOLU & Associates recommends that you discover and consider using the Medicaid Learning Center. The MLC is an important component of the Medicaid Institute. EKOLU team members work with the MLC to deliver lesson content and provide perspective on the history of the Medicaid program, and to provide practical advice for managing the implementation and operation of State Medicaid Management Information Systems.
